Our Story

Graham Auto Repair was founded in 2006, born from a passionate vision to transform the automotive experience for customers. That vision belonged to Troy Vaninetti, a lifelong enthusiast who started his career in the automotive industry as a teenager in 1988. Driven by the desire to create a positive impact on the field, he and his wife, Kori, took the leap and purchased Graham Auto Repair, pouring their hearts and expertise into building a shop that put people first.

Their commitment to exceptional service quickly gained recognition, leading to the expansion of their family in 2022 with a second location in Yelm. This growth is a testament to the strong foundation they built, centered on transparency, honesty, and a genuine care for both their customers and their team. Joining the Automotive Training Institute (ATI) in 2012 further solidified their dedication to excellence. ATI's comprehensive coaching program, which involves over 1800 like-minded shop owners, helps the Graham Auto Repair team continuously learn, grow, and exceed industry standards. This dedication to improvement culminated in a momentous achievement: being awarded the National Top Shop in 2020.
